Sinosteel Zhengzhou Research Institute of Steel Wire Products (SINOSTEEL) has complete acid washing, phosphorization, wiredrawing, oil quenching-tempering spring steel wire production line and rod peeling equipment and finished product eddy current testing equipment. The production capacity of oil quenching-tempering spring steel wire is almost 30000 tons. Oil quenching-tempering spring steel wires are mainly used for such fields as automobiles suspension spring, engine valve spring, clutch spring, oil pump nozzle spring and general mechanical spring. The high-stress steel wire for automobiles suspension spring and valve spring has been gradually replaced the imported. The oil quenching-tempering spring steel wire is listed in National Key and New Products. And the high-stress steel wire for valve spring passed the test of national ‚Äú863 Program‚Äù.   And the high-stress wire for valve spring passed the test of national "863" program.
